After your initial visit we will provide a summary of your chiropractic coverage as a courtesy to you, but these descriptions of benefits do not guarantee coverage or payment from your insurance company.
If you do not have insurance OR do not see your insurance company listed, please give us a call and we'd be happy to work out a plan for you.
Please note that payments for all Taping, Laser, and Diagnostic Ultrasound are due at time of service. So that we may better serve you and provide best possible treatment, we do not accept insurance directly. You will be provided with a coded bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies among insurance providers. For non-insurance covered services, we accept HSA and FSA Cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover).
